Looked up names

Looked up therapists who take people in the field. There are four within an hour. I know two of them socially, one from a training weekend in 2022 and one because she supervises somebody at our practice, which is the entire problem with doing this work in a town this size. The third does not take new clients. The fourth is in Weaverville, which is forty minutes, and whose website is so earnest about somatic work that I had an immediate and uncharitable reaction that I am not proud of. So: one real option, forty minutes away, and a reflex that fired before I had read a second paragraph. Closed the tab. Will do it properly at the weekend. I have now written "will do it properly at the weekend" in this journal twice about two different things and I am aware that the phrase is doing a job.
