Privacy
Reflection only works when it's safe to be honest. These aren't policies buried in a footer — they're how the product is built.
Raw conversation transcripts are deleted on a schedule you control — 7, 30, or 90 days. The map keeps only what matters.
One tap gives you all of your data as a file you own. No request forms, no waiting.
Deleting your account removes everything, immediately and permanently. We make you type it out so it’s never an accident — but it’s yours to do.
Your reflections are processed by AI providers solely to build your map. They are never sold, never used for advertising, never anyone else’s business.
A note from the builder
I built Map & Mirror because the most useful moments in my own life came from seeing the distance between the story I told about myself and the one I was actually living — and because that kind of seeing usually took years, or a very good friend, or both.
This is an early alpha. It's small, it's careful, and it's being built slowly in Colorado. If something feels off, tell me and I'll fix it.
