Not another dashboard.
Nothing to log into, nothing to check, no account. Your client keeps a journal between sessions that actually goes somewhere, and they decide what you see of it.
Free while we build. No card, no trial clock.
This is not therapy and it is not a replacement for it. It is a journal that notices things. It does not diagnose, it does not advise, and nobody has studied whether it helps.
What it is
In one paragraph
Your client writes or talks for a few minutes, as often or as rarely as they like. Something writes back. Over time a map builds out of what they said: the patterns, the people, the questions they are turning over, each card carrying their own sentences, dated.
They can send you one entry, one card, or a short account of the week. By a link, revocable, nothing automatic. That is the whole product.
The thread between sessions
A fortnight is a long time to hold
People recall roughly a fifth to a third of a session afterwards, and up to eighty percent of what was suggested in it. That is not a failure of attention, it is well documented enough that formal memory support interventions exist for it.
It runs both ways, which is the part worth saying plainly.
Completely forget what I talked about with my client during our last session. The worst feeling ever.
This does not fix that. It keeps a record neither of you has to hold, which belongs to them.
A highlight, not a script
Something to scan before you begin
The norm on clients bringing journals into a room is already well established, and this is built to sit inside it rather than against it.
For highlights, not as a script. We do not want to do therapy with your journal.
A week arrives as a handful of bullets, what came up more than once with their own sentences attached, what they said is still open, and two or three things worth asking about. It is written to be read in under two minutes.
Whose document it is
They write it. They read it. They decide.
This matters more than it sounds, and a real client said why better than we could. Asked about a new therapist receiving the previous one's notes:
She may come in to our sessions with a pre-conceived notion that might affect her therapeutic judgment.
The objection is to the clinician-authored document, not to sharing. Everything here is written by the client, reviewed by the client, and editable by the client before anybody sees it. They can take a quote off a card if it does not belong.
If something is wrong
What happens when somebody writes something frightening
Every turn is classified before any reply is written. On a crisis classification the normal reply is replaced entirely with a fixed message that does not come from the model, which slows down, says plainly that it wants them to have support trained for this, and gives region-appropriate crisis lines with contact details.
A lesser distress classification does not replace the reply. It instructs it to slow down, acknowledge before asking anything, and not push.
It never diagnoses, never advises, and never tells somebody what their pattern means.

What this asks of you
Nothing
- No account.
- No dashboard.
- No login.
- No integration with anything you already use.
- No notifications.
- Nothing arrives unless your client sends it to you.
Data
Where it lives and who holds it
The client owns the account. They can delete any entry or all of it whenever they want, and export the lot in a form they can read without us. Nothing is used to train anything.
We do not claim a HIPAA status. Compliance is not available in this shape, because the client holds the account and you are not a covered entity in that relationship, and we would rather say that than imply something we cannot stand behind.
If you want to pass it on
A sentence you can paste into an email
There is a journalling app called Map & Mirror that some people find useful between sessions. It builds a map out of what you write, in your own words, and you can send me a single entry or a short summary of your week if you ever want to. Entirely up to you, and I do not see anything unless you send it.
Have a look at what a client would actually send you.
It costs them nothing while we are building it.
