STRENGTH
Not flinching at the right moment

What it is
You are good at the part of the work nobody outside it sees, the four seconds of doing nothing deliberately so that a flat, hard sentence has somewhere safe to land.
How it serves you
It shows up as patience laid down long before it is needed, four months of being boring enough that when the forty minutes of something real arrives with no warning, the room can hold it. In the moment it looks like silence, then the smallest possible version of what you were thinking. You want it written down somewhere it counts, because you spend a lot of your time not letting yourself think it.
