THEME
The same four years
Meaning
Writing down that you have not been in therapy for four years, you noticed for the first time that it is the same four years as everything else you are not doing.
How it shows up
When you list what sits inside that window it comes out fast. The drawer, the ninety-second version, not going back to therapy, saying soon, the appointment you have not booked. None of them looked connected while they were separate arrangements.
