Who they are to you
Your father, sixty six years old, who has never once in your life said he was tired. He does not do the subject directly, and there is an entire category of information he transmits exclusively through other people's property damage. Since the hospital in May he has started doing small uncharacteristic things, and asking you a direct question was one of them.
