Spending the nine minutes on being useful
What it is
The gap between clients exists to put one person down before you pick the next one up, and you have spent it on notes for three years because being useful is bearable and sitting in a chair is not.
How it affects your life
Nobody asked for the notes to be written in that gap, and they could be written at five. Tried sitting with it once after the two o'clock and lasted about four minutes before the laptop opened.
