What it is
Awake at three, the same worries come round in the same order, and because each one is manageable alone and only the whole set ever shows up at that hour, none of it survives daylight and none of it gets dealt with.
How it affects your life
It runs in roughly the same order every time, the roof, your dad and the September follow-up, the birthday, Dale and the utilisation question, and whether you and Danny are going to do this at all. You are up at five making coffee in the dark and completely fine by seven, which is precisely why it comes back.
